Professor Mallik's group consists of individuals from all around the world. The group has a main interest in common, which is particle physics.

Usha Mallik Ph.D. 1978, CCNY (of CUNY). Usha is the leader of the group. Her current projects are the BABAR experiment and the Linear Collider R&D.

Postdoctoral Fellows
Matthew Charles Ph. D. 2003, Oxford University, UK.
Mat worked on a test beam experiment for LHCb at CERN for his Ph.D. degree. He is now working on Charmed Baryon Analysis with BaBar Data and is involved in the International Linear Collider R&D. He is the co-coordinator of the Charm Analysis Working Group for BABAR, and is an assistant research investigator.
Prafulla Behera Ph. D. 2002, Utkal University,India
Prafulla worked on the BELLE experiment in the KEK laboratory in Japan. He joined the group as an assistant research investigator in the spring of 2006. He is working on BABAR and ATLAS experiments.
Ph. D. 2002, University of Hamburg, Germany.
Alexander Schreiner is a postdoctoral fellow in the group. He joined in November 2006. He is working on ATLAS.

Graduate Students
Xuedong Chai began his graduate studies in the Fall of 2000 and is now working on a Ph.D. degree. He is responsible for all of the Drift Chamber Trigger upgrade Interface boards and related software. He is also involved in charmed baryon analysis from Babar data.
Kazuma Tsurusaki began his graduate studies in the fall of 2007. He completed his B.S. degree from the University of Tokyo in 2004 and his M.S degree from Tokyo Metropolitan University in 2006. He was an `ouendan' during his undergraduate years.
