One-to-Many Internet Conferences

This is a switched conference, so whoever is talking is shown full-screen and only that person is heard. All other inputs (video and audio) are blocked.

1. You can read the instructions for "AD-Hoc" connections, summarized below or visit the ESNet web page.
2. Pick a random number, such as 3456. Add it to the prefix 82. Email that number (823456) to everyone who will attend the meeting.
3. Activate the TV screen by picking up the hand control module.
4. If the "Video Call" icon is not selected, use the arrow keys on the handset to select it.
5. Type in the number (823456) of the conference you wish to call.
6. Hit the burgandy colored center button to enter your completed selection.
7. When you are done, hit the green "call-hang-up" button on the handset.
8. Put the handset down. Do not turn the TV or camera off.
9. Turn off the presenter (button in back, center) if it was used.

Note: There are no phone charges for this type of connection.
