Multi user H323/H320 conferences

1. Arrange the conference with Mike Pihlman at ESnet or Sheila at fermilab. This is not yet available for general use.
2. Activate the TV screen by picking up the hand control module.
3. You will receive a "phone number" for the scheduled conference. Enter only the seven digit part of the phone number as follows: 94xxxXXXX#. The 94 prefix selects the speed (384 is required) and the pound sign added at the end is a required terminator. If you forget the pound sign, you will connect to the conference and get a blue screen in place of the video.
4. Hit the burgandy colored center button to enter your selection.
5. When you are done, hit the green "call-hang-up" button on the handset.
6. Put the handset down. Do not turn the TV or camera off.
7. Turn off the presenter (button in back, center) if it was used.

Note: This system is under beta test and so is subject to instabilities as new systems are tried out. It should become available to the general user sometime in late summer or early fall.
