ICN H323/H320 conferences

Option 1-ICN calls all parties

1. Send the phone number to be called and our IP address to Amy at ICN. Ask her to 1) schedule the connection, and 2) make the calls. This should be done several days in advance.
2. Activate the TV screen by picking up and setting down the hand control module.
3. Wait for the conference to start
4. When done--put the handset down. Do not turn the TV or camera off.
5. Turn off the presenter (button in back, center) if it was used.
6. If the conference ends early, call the ICN and tell them to hang up the ISDN phone.

Option 2-You call the ICN

1. Send the phone number to be called and our IP address to Amy at ICN. Ask her to 1) schedule the connection, and make the ISDN call. This should be done several days in advance.
2. Activate the TV screen by picking up and setting down the hand control module.
3. Go to the address book, select either ICN icon and make the call.
4. When done--put the handset down. Do not turn the TV or camera off.
5. Turn off the presenter (button in back, center) if it was used.
6. If the conference ends early, call the ICN and tell them to hang up the ISDN phone.

Note: This is the same type of conference that was scheduled at North Hall. You will be charged for phone connections at the same rate as before.
