  • A fully automated telescope in Arizona for undergraduate classwork and research -- The department operates a robotic telescope facility at the Iowa Robotic Telescope Facilities in southern Arizona at astro.physics.uiowa.edu, which has options for remote observing using web-based forms. High school students are encouraged to access this site.
