Student Meets Nobel Laureates

This summer graduate student Tim Dennis was one of 58 U.S. students selected to attend the 54th Lindau Meeting of Nobel Laureates and Students held in Lindau, Germany. Along with 500 other international students, he attended lectures and met with Nobel laureates on physics. Tim was nominated by his adviser, Prof. Ben Chandran, for his research concerning the modeling of turbulent heating sources in galaxy cluster plasmas.
