N	90 Day Rule Nondiscrimination

90 Day Rule: To reduce payroll adjustments and to comply with Federal policies, Web Payroll Change Vouchers (CVs) must be accomplished within 90 days of the actual effective date of the transition. If you find errors in labor charges expensed on your Statement of Accounts that require corrections, those corrections (CVs) must be made within 90 days of the transaction date. Anyone requiring a retroactive Web Payroll Change Voucher must provide a written explanation (justification form in PDF format) as to why the transfer was not made within the 90-day limitation. The Web Payroll Change Voucher will then be completed centrally. More information on Payroll Change Vouchers can be found here.
